The New Inn Game Menu
The New Inn Staying Seasonal
We're passionate about following 'seasons not fashion' at The New Inn and fortunate to be situated within the Cotswolds with shoots happening daily. With the Game Season in full swing and not due to end until the end of Jan 2011 we are busy buying game from local game keepers and shoots on a daily basis.
The benefit of game meat is that it is local, wild and nutritious food, while at the same time providing a focal point for encouraging the local public and friends to enjoy the great taste of game. Game makes great sense, you can't get any fresher produce than seasonal game!
With Cotswold Hare to Roasted Wild Duck our Head Chef Oliver Addis is in regular contact with local game keepers to find out what and when game is available, getting visits on a regular basis, selling their produce, direct. Oliver is a firm believer that a good chef needs to be dedicated and focused and have great taste buds!
